We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Sales Advisor to join a leading organisation that provides luxury London living for people over 65.

As a Client Sales Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in guiding prospective buyers through the process of selecting their dream luxuryapartment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate and close deals for new apartments.
  • Proactively convert enquiries into sales opportunities.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with prospective buyers, understanding their needs, and delivering an exceptional buying experience.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years' successful track record in premium residential sales.
  • Ability to generate opportunities, build relationships, and adhere to a well-defined sales process and compliance framework.
  • Strong negotiation and commercial acumen.
  • Customer-centric mindset, with excellent empathy, listening skills, and needs analysis.
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems.
