Key Responsibilities:
- Negotiate and close deals for new apartments.
- Proactively convert enquiries into sales opportunities.
- Cultivate strong relationships with prospective buyers, understanding their needs, and delivering an exceptional buying experience.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients.
- A minimum of 5 years' successful track record in premium residential sales.
- Ability to generate opportunities, build relationships, and adhere to a well-defined sales process and compliance framework.
- Strong negotiation and commercial acumen.
- Customer-centric mindset, with excellent empathy, listening skills, and needs analysis.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
