We are looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 CE Pre-Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with potential clients to understand their business challenges and showcase how Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) can offer effective solutions. You will be a key player in the sales process, delivering impactful presentations, creating tailored demonstrations, and supporting proposal development to drive successful outcomes.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver customised product demonstrations that align with customer goals, showcasing the value and capabilities of D365 CE.
- Stay informed on the latest Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform advancements to provide expert guidance and strategic insights to clients.
- Work closely with the sales team to assess client needs and present Dynamics 365 CE as the ideal solution to address their business challenges.
Skills & Qualifications
- Extensive experience in a Pre-Sales or similar role, specialising in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (CRM).
- Deep knowledge of D365 CE, including configuration, customisation, and integration with Power Platform.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex solutions to both technical and business-focused audiences.
