Job Title: ERP Sales Executive

Salary: 65,000 base + On Target Earnings (OTE)
Job Description:
Are you a driven sales professional with a hunter mentality and a passion for closing deals? Do you have experience selling ERP solutions and preparing compelling commercial proposals? If so, we want you to join our dynamic team as an ERP Sales Executive. As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and expanding our market presence, with full training provided on Dynamics Business Central (BC).
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the ERP market.
- Prepare and present crisp commercial proposals to potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation and delivery of solutions.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in IT solution sales, preferably with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, Oracle, SAGE, Epicor, Infor).
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- Demonstrated ability to close deals and meet sales targets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent proposal preparation and presentation skills.
- Self-driven with a typical hunter personality.
- Strong relationship management skills.
- Fast learner and adaptable to new technologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience selling Dynamics Business Central (BC) is a plus, but not required.
