Sales Administrator - What You'll be Doing:

Contract Execution

  • Ensure Sales Contracts and Purchase Contract are signed and exchanged between supplier and customer.
  • Co-ordinate the delivery of goods from the supplier to the customer in line with terms and conditions of the contract as well as in line with Incoterms.

Inventory Management

  • Maintain accurate and up to date records of all metal stock products using Excel.
  • Check stock levels and usage amounts regularly, issue consignment report monthly.

Finance Management

  • Maintain accurate records of all delivery notes, invoices and purchase orders using SAP systems.
  • Record all money received and paid, and submit Payment Requests to the Accounting Dept.

Sales Administrator - The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:

  • Fluent in spoken and written English and Japanese.
  • Experience in sales administration in international import and export business.
  • Knowledge of SAP or any other accounting software.
  • Knowledge of Incoterms.
