WorkcloselywithonsiteAVManagertoensureeventsaresufficientlyresourced,includingsub-contractingwhereapplicable.

Serveasamainpointofcontactandsubjectmatterexperttoclientsandplanners,forpresentationandlivebroadcastevents.

Support&manageWebinars.

Devise,document,maintainandimplementoperatingproceduresforAuditoriumandeventsupportrooms.

MentorAVTechnicianstocover/supporteventsasrequired.

Conductclientdebrief,obtainingcustomerfeedbackanddiscussareasforcontinualimprovement.

Collateandprovideposteventreporting,stats,andclientfeedbackasrequired.

Assistwiththesettingupandsupportingofpresentations/conferencesacrosstheestate.

Providewhiteglove/meetandgreetservicethatmanagestechnicallogisticsforlargecomplexevents,townhallsandspecialevents.

GeneratedailyreportsandcontactVIPclientstoestablishfullnatureofmeetingandeventrequirements(asrequired).

Ensureroutinechecksandtestingacrossalleventrelatedhardwareandsystemsfunctionality.
