We are currently recruiting for a brand-new Audio-Visual Coordinator position, to work in the London office of a leading Global law firm.

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity, working as part of a busy team and the AV Coordinator will be responsible for organising, coordinating and executing audio visual setups across the firm’s London office.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating AV meetings - liaising with the organisers to establish the requirements.
  • Being proficient in microphone, speaker and camera settings/troubleshooting in Zoom, Teams and other online platforms.
  • Assisting the marketing team with events and webinars as required.
  • Utilising and maintaining the firm’s conference room scheduling system.
  • Troubleshooting and being the first point of contact for AV enquiries - including basic network and signal testing.
  • Alerting the Global AV team and London IT team of any suspected AV issues when the need to escalate arises.
  • Coordinating with outside AV vendors and maintaining accurate records.
  • Preparing reports and assisting Global teams with project planning.
  • Identifying tends in AV usage to continually make recommendations and staying up to date with developing technologies.
  • Assisting in maintaining video equipment software, in line with the firm’s policy.
  • Training IT staff on AV responsibilities.
  • Assisting the Deskside Support team with day-to-day issues - knowledge of hardware/software troubleshooting would be helpful.
  • Assisting with large-scale projects on an ad-hoc basis.
