AV Service Engineer
40,000 to 45,000 + overtime
I am working with a leading AV integrator in their search for an Audio Visual Field Service Engineer to join the team. They are looking for someone based withing driveable distance of London, to cover the city and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities
- Undertake preventative and planned maintenance on a range of Audio Visual equipment.
- Makes assesments on whether equipment should be repaired on-site or at the workshop or potentially replaced
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, delivering high levels of customer service
- Undertake site surveys for maintenance contracts
Skills and Experience
- Technical knowledge of industry products (Video, Audio, Software, VC, LED, Networks and AV over IP)
- Good knowledge of collaboration conferencing equipment (Teams, Zoom etc)
- A strong knowledge of Crestron, Extron, Biamp, Q-Sys and SY products
- A clean drivers licence
