The AV Technician will oversee all audiovisual (AV) needs within the organisation, including managing equipment for live events, conferences, and meetings, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing support to staff and clients. This role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge AV technologies, particularly as the company prepares to move to a new building. The role involves staying up to date with the latest AV trends, managing AV equipment, and collaborating with other departments like IT.

Key Responsibilities:
Set up and operate AV equipment for events.
Troubleshoot AV-related issues and offer technical support.
Manage AV inventory and train junior staff.
Stay informed on new AV technologies and trends.
Coordinate AV needs with stakeholders and integrate AV systems with the organisation's infrastructure.
Technical Skills:

Technical Skills
Epiphan Pearl, Microsoft Teams (Live Events, Rooms), and Adobe Premier.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
Microsoft 700 training.

Personal Specification - Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
Strong technical problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Relevant AV certifications are a plus.
