THE ROLE

As an Audio-Visual Manager, you will closely manage and mentor their close-knit AV team, ensuring top-notch service and performance of audio-visual equipment for all corporate clients and day-to-day attendees, while also providing excellent customer service to their high-end client base.

Responsibilities will include:

-            Taking ownership of projects from the enquiry to delivery

-            Key stakeholder and client liaison

-            To plan for the provision of all AV needs at corporate events

-            Assessing AV equipment prior to event delivery

-            Operational management and day-to-day running of the venue

-            Onsite management of AV Tech's and freelancers

-            Risk-management and health & safety requirements

-            Working closely with in-house events teams

-            Handling troubleshooting as and when required

THE CANDIDATE
