Our client is seeking an experienced Video Technical Manager to join the team to support growing demand for video within live events. The post holder will play a pivotal role in the operation of the video department, working closely with other internal departments to ensure the service is client focused, meets the needs of our accredited venues and delivers excellence for every project. This would suit a bright, self-motivated, and organised individual with technical experience of delivering video projects for high value clients. The post-holder will support our delivery of hybrid, and live events for our corporate clients, which are delivered in the unique venues of London. The post-holder would be responsible for the management of video department. 75% of your time will be based in the office, creating video kit lists and booking sub hires. You will also oversee the preparation of video systems coming in and out of the warehouse, and maintenance and repair where necessary for the department. Knowledge and experience of using industry standard switching and playback systems is therefore essential along with a good working knowledge of professional displays, projectors, LED walls and distribution systems.
