Role:

Our client, a large Real Estate and property Firm in London, are looking to recruit a Credit Control Clerk on a permanent basis.

  • Taking a proactive role in managing and collecting debts using pro- active collection techniques.
  • Adhere to all credit control processes and develop where necessary
  • Effectively manage workload across portfolio of clients
  • Promote and develop relationships with key contacts throughout thebusiness and with our clients.
  • Manage queries to resolution through investigation, reconciliation andescalation
  • Hold regular meetings/con calls with property managers/surveyors toreview client debt
  • Recommend bad debt write offs where applicable
  • Assist Treasury team with allocation of monies and maintenance ofaccounts
  • Respond to relevant client enquiries
  • Partner the business to reduce debt position
  • Accurate records of all chasing activity
  • Maintain mailboxes and ensure all queries cleared

Profile:

The successful Credit Control Clerk will have at least 3+ years experience working within Credit Control and will have worked with high volume ledgers. The ideal Credit Control Clerk would have experience in the Real Estate and Property sector.

Client:

Our client is a Real Estate and Property firm based in London. You will work 3 days from their office in London and 2 from home.

Salary & Benefits:

This immediate, temporary Credit Control role will be paying up to £37,000 per annum. This is dependant on experience.
