Lead AV Engineer

£40,000 - £45,000

A specialist AV integrator working across multiple sectors including corporate, retail, hospitality, and stadia projects.

To lead the installation of AV systems within various environments, predominantly throughout the London area with occasional travel to other areas throughout the UK.

• 1st and 2nd fix installation of sound systems, lighting, VC systems, screens, audio systems, digital signage, control systems, and cabling infrastructure.
• Providing guidance and training to Junior Engineers.
• Acting as the point of contact on site for any client update requests or queries.
• Interpretation of schematics drawings.
• Adding hardware to prebuilt racks on site.
• Assisting programmers in the final stage commissioning of audio DSPs and control systems where required.
• Provide client training on how to use installed systems.
• Working away from home on occasion.
• Maintain a safe and tidy workspace.
• Adhere to health and safety policies.

• Full UK Driving Licence.
• 3+ years experience as an AV Engineer.

If successful within your application, you will receive an annual salary of between £4045K per annum, depending on experience, along with overtime rates of between 1.5X2X.

Ongoing training will be provided with opportunities to gain certifications, and you will also receive 25 days annual leave, bank holidays, all necessary tools, and a company credit card to cover all expenses.
