Essential Skills and Qualifications to Apply:
To be considered for this role, you must have the following skills and qualifications:

  • Proven experience in installing, programming, and commissioning advanced AV systems in luxury residential properties.
  • Strong knowledge of Crestron, Lutron, and Control4 systems (experience with Savant is a bonus).
  • Solid understanding of IP networking, including Wi-Fi systems, routers, and switches, with the ability to configure and troubleshoot networked AV systems.
  • Expertise in building and installing high-spec AV racks, with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Exceptional cable termination skills for both AV and network cabling.
  • Problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve on-site AV and IP-related issues.
  • Experience working in super-prime residential environments, delivering precision and high-quality finishes.
  • Full UK driving licence is essential.

  • 36,000 - 48,000 basic salary (dependent on experience).

They are looking for a Senior AV Engineer to join their elite team, working on bespoke home cinemas, integrated smart home systems, and complex IP networks.

This is a rare opportunity to join a trailblazing company, working with leading technology partners such as Crestron, Lutron, and Control4. You will be responsible for delivering flawless installations and creating seamless AV experiences for ultra-high-net-worth clients.

Responsibilities and Duties:
As a Senior AV Engineer, your key responsibilities will include:

  • System Installation & Programming: Installing and configuring sophisticated AV systems and smart home technologies, including Crestron, Control4, and Lutron.
  • Networking: Setting up and troubleshooting complex IP networks that connect AV, lighting, security, and environmental systems.
  • Rack Building: Designing and building high-spec AV racks for optimal system performance and reliability.
  • Cabling & Termination: Ensuring faultless reliability through expert cable termination.
  • System Commissioning: Testing and commissioning AV and automation systems to ensure flawless operation.
  • Project Collaboration: Working alongside project managers, designers, and architects to align AV installations with the aesthetic and functional goals of each project.
  • On-Site Troubleshooting: Quickly resolving technical issues to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Team Leadership: Mentoring junior engineers to elevate the team's overall skillset.

  • Advanced expertise with Crestron, Lutron, and Control4.
  • Strong networking skills, including experience with IP systems and network optimisation.
  • Proven ability to build AV racks and deliver high-quality installations.
