About the Role

Are you ready to work on some of the most exclusive residential projects in the country? We are looking for a Senior AV Engineer with a passion for high-end technology and a commitment to excellence.

You'll be delivering bespoke AV, smart home automation, and IP networking solutions for luxury properties, partnering with leading brands like Crestron, Lutron, and Control4. As a senior member of the team, you'll take ownership of projects, from installation to commissioning, ensuring impeccable results for ultra-high-net-worth clients.

Key Responsibilities

AV Installation & Programming: Install and configure advanced AV and smart home systems, including Crestron, Lutron, and Control4.
Networking Expertise: Configure and troubleshoot complex IP networks, including routers, switches, and Wi-Fi systems.
Rack Building: Assemble and install high-spec AV racks with precision and attention to detail.
Cabling & Termination: Perform high-quality cabling and terminations to ensure system reliability.
System Commissioning: Test and commission systems to deliver flawless, user-friendly functionality.
Project Collaboration: Work with project managers, designers, and architects to align AV systems with project goals.
On-Site Problem-Solving: Resolve technical issues promptly and professionally.
Team Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and contribute to overall team development.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking an experienced professional with:

Technical Expertise:

Proven skills in installing and programming Crestron, Lutron, and Control4 systems.
Strong understanding of IP networking, including configuring routers, switches, and Wi-Fi systems.
Experience building high-spec AV racks with exceptional attention to detail.
Advanced cable termination skills for AV and network cabling.

Experience in Luxury Environments:

A track record of delivering high-end AV solutions in super-prime residential properties.
The ability to maintain professionalism and discretion when working with ultra-high-net-worth clients.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Full UK driving licence (essential).
Problem-solving skills, precision, and a proactive approach to challenges.
