Your Next Job – What You’ll Be DoingAs a Technical Services Co-Ordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring all building services activities are seamlessly coordinated with other construction activities. From specification and procurement to installation, testing, and commissioning, you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional quality and performance.Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Managing MEPS (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Services) subcontractors to ensure all work meets project standards.
  • Driving health & safety performance among subcontractors through regular technical services meetings.
  • Coordinating the production of ME coordinated drawings, technical submittals, and samples.
  • Liaising with utilities providers to ensure programme milestones are met.
  • Overseeing M&E installations to guarantee timely and resource-efficient delivery.
  • Managing testing, commissioning, and handover processes to ensure compliance with BCAR and project specifications.
  • Addressing temporary M&E requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster a positive and collaborative working environment.
  • The ability to work independently and deliver results with minimal supervision.
