We are recruiting for an experienced loan administrator to join an existing team, with excellent scope to gain new skills. You will be supporting the wider team with mortgage applications, handling queries and liaising with a range of third parties. Duties include:
  • Supporting customers with queries and updates
  • Checking submitted mortgage applications and documentation to ensure administration is complete
  • Completing a variety of searches and checks
  • Liaising with third parties regarding additional documentation and to progress applications
  • Coordination between internal and external contacts
  • Reviewing financial and legal information 
  • Speaking with customers over the phone to ensure accurate information is processed
