- Revenue reconciliation – Ensure bordereaux aligns with policy details and cash payments
- Aged debt management – Monitor and resolve overdue accounts within KPI targets
- Financial reporting – Prepare aged debt reports & MI for monthly finance reviews
- Credit control – Chase overdue payments while maintaining professionalism
- Finance support – Assist with audits, invoicing, and expense postings
- 3+ years’ experience in a similar insurance finance role
- Strong Excel & financial software skills (e.g., Sage, Xero)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Confident in credit control and reconciliations
- Proactive mindset with a focus on process improvements
