Our client, an international bank, is seeking a Debit Card Specialist to join their Operations Team. This dynamic role involves managing the bank's debit card programme, maintaining vendor relationships, and driving innovation to meet both regulatory requirements and customer expectations.
Key ResponsibilitiesDebit Card Programme (Approx. 40%)- Oversee the full management and ownership of the debit card programme, including vendor relations.
- Create and maintain policies and procedures specific to the debit card programme.
- Provide operational support for private banking products and services, including debit cards, cheques, and online banking.
- Process bookings and payments for Treasury deals, financing, and client transactions.
- Run Treasury Middle Office processes.
- Assist with the creation and updating of procedure documentation.
- Support audit preparation efforts.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work improvement.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality and accuracy.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in maths, Excel, and general IT systems.
- Proven experience in managing debit card programmes.
- Familiarity with FIS Debit & Prepaid systems is highly desirable.
