Experienced Protection Adviser

We're currently looking for an experienced Protection Adviser to provide protection advice and various other services related to the home buying process to Alexander Hall’s customers. Tasks & Duties:

• Achieve personal sales results• Adhere to principles of Treating Customers Fairly• Comply with company T&C, Compliance and submission standards• Maintain daily structure• Build relationship with referring mortgage advisers

Measurements:

• Protection case volumes• KPIs - file audit grades, test results, case vetting• RBM grade• Client feedback• Level of referrals from mortgage advisers• Qualification for quarterly TCF bonus

Location:

This role will involve a combination of remote working from home and working from our Central London office in Holborn.
