- Provide comprehensive administrative support to a dedicated team of Financial Advisors and Paraplanners.
- Maintain and update the client database.
- Process new business applications and manage client information.
- Assist in writing basic reports and maintaining documentation.
- Perform general office duties.
- Act as a liaison between clients, product providers, and the advisory team.
- Experience in financial services administration.
- A working knowledge of platforms is a plus.
- A proactive mindset and a desire to work towards a Diploma in Financial Planning.
