  • Job Title/Location: Mortgage Administrator, London
  • Salary: To £35,000 + bonus c.£3,000 + benefits + Free Parking
  • Requirements: Strong mortgage administration experience including a background in submitting mortgage applications and case managing to completion
  • Role Snapshot: Case managing a high volume of HNW mortgage applications, liaising with Lenders/Providers/Solicitors, playing a key role within a vibrant, professional team

The Role: This Mortgage Administrator role is made for those who have the experience, but maybe want more appreciation, to be valued. The customer is always their focus, ensuring the client’s expectations are managed throughout the process and their outcome is a positive experience. Key tasks include:

  • Communicate with and establish courteous relationships with clients
  • Manage all mortgage cases from submission to offer, exchange and completion
  • Liaise with Insurance Providers, Clients, Lenders, Solicitors, Surveyors and GP Surgeries, dealing with their queries concerning Mortgage, Life & General Insurance applications
  • Getting suitable terms for clients from Providers
  • Ensure all the required case documentation is forwarded to the Life Insurance Providers, Lenders & Solicitors

Skills / Experience Required: For this Mortgage Administrator post, our client is looking for people with recent mortgage administration experience within a brokerage. A strong work ethic is really important as well - as they produce a high volume of business and also high-value cases, strong verbal and written communication skills are vital, as is attention to detail and being a team player.

Additional Information: The salary for this Mortgage Administrator role is to £35,000 with bonus in addition adding c.£3,000 with additional benefits and also free car parking.
