Description
The Post Onboarding Client Services Officer will be required to:
- Manage client accounts, oversee payment processing, and ensure compliance with service-level agreements.
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to resolve queries and strengthen relationships.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to business efficiency projects.
- Assist senior officers with the day-to-day activities of the Client Services team.
- Participate in team meetings, share insights, and develop expertise in banking and payments.
Profile
- Participation in team meetings, sharing observations and insights related to servicing.
- Involvement in all aspects of the client journey from end-to-end deal and transaction execution to ongoing account management.
- Ensuring that processes and procedures are adhered to.
- Ensure all payments are being processed in a timely manner and Service-Level Agreements are adhered to.
- Managing client accounts across a range of varied Client Funds Queries.
- Developing towards being a specialist in areas such as Banking and payments.
