Ryder Reid Legal is working with a prestigious international law firm to recruit a Revenue Administrator to join their dynamic team in London. As a beacon of excellence, this firm represents the pinnacle of success, serving top-tier clients across the globe. Their London office, a vital hub for the firm's European operations, is seeking a meticulous and driven individual to oversee their administrative and billing processes.

The Role:

  • Spearhead the New Matter Reports, ensuring seamless preparation for billing.
  • Secure Engagement Letters, collaborating with Revenue Controllers for review.
  • Facilitate E-billing setup, streamlining the firm's digital invoicing system.
  • Generate accurate time and WIP reports, maintaining financial precision.
  • Craft and edit bills, adhering to VAT and Solicitors Accounts Rules.
  • Manage write-offs and transfers, guaranteeing fiscal integrity.
  • Address queries with promptness, providing detailed analyses to clients and attorneys.
  • Support Accounts Receivables, actively pursuing client payments through various communication channels.
  • Maintain organizational excellence with regular archiving and filing.

Skillset:

  • A logical thinker with a flair for numbers and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proficient in IT, particularly Excel and accounting software.
  • Adept at working under pressure, with a strong client service orientation.
  • Flexible and efficient, capable of adapting to diverse demands.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to manage deadlines and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, fostering collaboration across the firm.
