We're delighted to be working with an independently owned Lloyd's Broker to support the hire of a Senior Delegated Authority Technician.You'll be joining a highly collaborative and adaptable company and play a key role in the technical binders team to support the Head of and provide mentorship to more junior team members.Responsibilities will include;

Create and process Binding Authorities, Lineslips, and endorsements while utilising industry platforms like DCOM, Atlas, and IMR
Oversee your workload effectively, ensuring deadlines are met
Work closely with brokers, underwriters, and technical colleagues to produce accurate documentation and maintain systems
Develop strong connections with peers, clients, and industry professionals while being the go-to expert for junior colleagues
Uphold FCA guidelines and company procedures while supporting special projects and resolving complex queries

What you'll bring to the role;

Proven expertise in delegated authority operations; including the drafting of slips and endorsements
Proficiency in industry platforms (e.g., DCOM, LWR, IMR)
Strong communication and leadership skills with a commitment to mentoring
A meticulous approach to documentation, compliance, and client service
