Senior Syndicated Loan Administrator

Your new company A Global Bank in London is looking for their Senior Loan Administrator to join their Operations Services department. It provides processing support for the front line business units handling trade finance, loan, and cash management products. It also includes the Operations Resilience and Operation Control teams, responsible for overseeing the Bank's resilience programme and managing user rights for certain systems.Your new role

• Provide operational support and services to Corporate Banking, Financial Institutions, Risk Management departments, and other stakeholders.
• Archive all fully repaid syndicated customer folders and dispose of repaid folders in line with the Bank's retention policy.
• Administer the delivery of all functions in respect of syndicated and bilateral loans.
• Provide operational support and services to Corporate Banking, Financial Institutions, Risk Management departments, and other stakeholders.
• Process drawdowns, rollovers, repayments, and rate fixing for agency, bilateral, and syndication loan businesses.
• Calculate, process, and reconcile commitment, utilisation fees, and charges; liaise with agents/customers regarding missing payments.
• Process fund receipts and payments using GUPP, SWIFTMS, and WBIFN systems.
• Review and analyse legal and loan documents and approvals for new and existing agency, syndication, and bilateral facilities.
• Reconcile and process commitment/utilisation fees and charges; chase missing payments from agents/customers.

What you'll need to succeed

• Degree educated in Business, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent.
• Experience within the Financial Services industry with a proven track record in a similar business stream.
• Relevant professional qualifications.
• Knowledge of syndicated loans and bilateral products.
• Experience in a similar business stream is desirable.
• Ability to work with the highest level of accuracy.
