Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support to the investment team of 8
  • Handle meeting coordination, calendar management, travel & logistic support, event coordination, expenses management
  • Prepare documents for meetings, presentations, and investor communications.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required
  • Maintain and update internal databases and filing systems
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Profile

Ideal candidate for this role:

  • Previous and relevant experience in administrative or support role in financial services field
  • A strong understanding of administrative procedures
  • Excellent time management, organisation, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • The ability to multitask and prioritise tasks efficiently
  • The ability to work well in a team and independently
