Shift: Early Morning (Starting between 1 AM 4 AM) - Straight Shifts - 48 hours

I'm are seeking a skilled and passionate Baker to join theproduction kitchen in Battersea, supplying two exclusive private members clubs. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a prestigious culinary team, crafting high-quality baked goods for discerning clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods to an exceptional standard.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Follow precise recipes and production schedules to meet daily demands.
• Maintain excellent hygiene and safety standards in line with kitchen regulations.
• Assist in stock management and ingredient preparation.

Baker Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Baker in a production kitchen, restaurant, or high-end bakery.
• Strong knowledge of baking techniques, fermentation, and dough handling.
• Ability to work early morning shifts (1 AM 4 AM start times).
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for producing top-quality baked goods.
• Team player with excellent time management and reliability. Assisting in managing and mentoring a team of up to8 bakers.
