Position overview:
We are looking for a skilled and creative Baker to join our team at La Boulangerie Robuchon in Acton.The ideal candidate will have a passion for baking and a strong understanding of various baking techniques. You will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of products, from artisan bread to delectable pastries.
You will be required to work overnight. Shifts can start at 9 PM, 11 PM.
Key responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of baked goods, including breads, pastries, cakes, and cookies.
- Ensure all products are of the highest quality and meet our standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following all health and safety regulations.
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a baker or in a similar role preferred.
- Knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for creativity.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
