An outstanding opportunity for an AV Account Manager to work with high profile clients and oversee operations for several of London's most sought after clientele. You will be operating on behalf of an industry leading audio visual production organisation and will be the go to representative for clients and partners. If you have strong audio visual knowledge, sales skills or account management experience in event technology and a background in live music or corporate events, this could be the ideal position for your future and career.
Our client is looking for an AV Account Manager that is capable of working with clients both remotely and face to face ensuring satisfaction and growth of an already established relationship. Being able to confidently manage communication between your employer, clients and collaborating third parties will lead you to excel in this role and continue to develop in the long term. You will need a strong understanding of technical audio visual solutions for events and the ability to manage teams of colleagues and contractors on site.
Your Role as an AV Account Manager will Include:
* Conducting initial site visits and briefings with new and existing clients
* Providing quotes and technical specifications for audio visual solutions
* Working with partners, production teams and third-party suppliers to deliver events on site
The successful AV Account Manager will need:
* Understanding of audio visual production equipment used for live events
* Strong sales, technical, account or project management background in relevant industry
* Good communication skills, ability to speak with both technical staff and clients
