We're looking for smart, motivated and genuinely entrepreneurial people to join the ride.
In this role you will be:
1. Leading and growing relationships with existing clients, likely large FS businesses to start with, assessing their feedback and experience with the firm
2. Acting as a customer success manager to manage revenue and renewals with businesses
3. Tending to new business mandates when required; roll up your sleeves!
4. Contributing to company IP and marketing materials
5. Over time managing other members of the teams and graduate recruits
The team is led by an inspiring leader who has 25 years experiencein their field and was part of a firm that 10x'ed its revenue earlier in her career.
Salary: 50-65,000 base + 10-30% bonus
Working arrangement: 1-2 days in London, 3-4 days from home
Content: we are interested in exceptional sales/account management/customer success type people. Ideally you'll know either how a large FS business works or have content around areas of technology such as cyber, AI, cloud etc.
