Financial Services (Retail Banking) | Continuous Improvement Consultant / Continuous Improvement (Operations) Specialist | 59,000 salary plus great benefits | London/City (Hybrid working 2 days in the office per week and 3 days from home).
Our client (a Financial Services organisation) has a requirement for an experienced Continuous Improvement Consultant / Specialist with a solid Retail Banking Operations background to join them on a permanent basis. You will have a proven experience working on Operations Continuous Improvement projects, reviewing As-Is processes and coming up with ways to improve them.
Your background will be in a challenger bank (or retail bank), and you'll definitely be hands-on with CI projects.
As well as the above, they are looking for someone with excellent communication skills that can engage with stakeholders at all levels.
