?About the role
We are looking for an exceptional individual to join our UK team as an Account Executive. Reporting to our Head of Sales, you will be responsible for winning new customers and closing deals through full ownership of the E2E sales process. We’re looking for an individual with strong political knowledge and industry connections to tap into their network and leverage existing relationships.
What you’ll do:

Drive top-of-the-funnel opportunity generation through outbound sales methodology(Networking, emails, LinkedIn, cold calls etc.)

Ownership of the E2E sales process for new logos from prospecting through closing.

Manage the sales strategy for a targeted account list.

Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, and provide accurate forecasts.

Develop an intimate understanding of our product and clearly articulate how GovConnex’s value proposition aligns with prospects’ requirements.

Ensure accurate and timely updates of information and forecasts (call/meeting notes, supporting documentation, next steps etc.) in HubSpot.

Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer success, to ensure a cohesive and impactful customer experience.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of our sales process, leveraging your insights and expertise to help us refine our strategies as we rapidly scale.

What We Offer
1. Competitive Compensation: A highly competitive compensation package.
-Salary between £50,000pa - £60,000pa.
- Additional commission/OTE of 7.5% of first year revenue.
