Account Executive - ESG, Risk, and Compliance Solutions

What You’ll Do:

As the Account Executive, you’ll be at the forefront of growth, managing and expanding relationships with key players in banking, insurance, and asset management. You’ll join an international team spanning New York and London, with a mission to establish the company as the go-to provider of ESG, Risk, and Compliance solutions.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Management: Manage a diverse portfolio of clients, including top-tier banks, private equity firms, and asset managers. Build strong relationships to ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Market Leadership: Position the company as a leader in the ESG, Risk, and Compliance space by delivering exceptional service and maintaining high client retention.
  • Negotiation Mastery: Lead contract and pricing negotiations with internal and external stakeholders, securing the best outcomes for clients and the company.
  • Sales Excellence: Drive new business by meeting and exceeding quarterly and annual revenue targets, contributing to the success of the international sales team.

What They’re Looking For:

  • Experience: A minimum of two years in a client-facing role with a proven track record in sales and contract negotiations, ideally within financial services.
  • Industry Knowledge: A strong understanding of financial markets, particularly banking, insurance, and asset management. Experience with Tier 1/Tier 2 financial institutions is advantageous.
  • Client-Centric Mindset: The ability to understand and meet client needs, build strong partnerships, and deliver exceptional value.
  • Technical Savvy: Comfortable working with financial professionals, IT, and Product teams, leveraging technical knowledge to enhance client interactions.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for clients.
  • Performance Under Pressure: The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results under pressure.
  • Sales Tools: Proficiency in using sales management tools to streamline workflows and drive success.
