The Role:

In this brand-new Account Executive position, you will be representing an award-winning portfolio of Software-as-a-Service / SaaS technology, centred around financial, expense management and accountancy solutions. You will be tasked with generating new business opportunities within the Professional Services and Accountancy practice community.

You will be working in a fast-paced, autonomous sales environment (not micro-managed) so we are looking for self-motivated candidates able to follow up on incoming leads and self-generated opportunities.

The role will be a hybrid of work-from-home and from a central London office and you will benefit from world-class onboarding, coaching and employee benefits programs.

The Candidate:

Ideally, we require Account Executive candidates with a demonstrable track record in 360’ sales in the Software or SaaS arena, who have worked in a new business capacity.

That said, if you have not sold software previously but have a couple of years’ experience as an SDR for a SaaS/ Tech company then please still apply as we will consider strong, consultative SDRs.

You must be driven, tenacious, hard-working and with a "Customer-first" approach as this sales process is all about selling on value and ROI.

The Package:

Package for this level of Account Executive is £42,500 basic salary + an uncapped Commission plan generating a minimum year 1 OTE of £70,000. That said, we anticipate that star performers will move up the ladder within this multi-billion dollar organisation inside of 12 months so the earning potential will grow exponentially from there.
