The Job:

This is a data creation partner unifying smart technology and thoughtful expertise to support intelligent decision making. We assist our clients in harnessing the power of data to achieve their business objectives and streamline their operations.

The Account Executive plays a vital role in addressing our clients' unique needs and supporting them in accomplishing their goals. This role requires a focus on speed, agility, precision, and the ability to cultivate strong client relationships. The Account Executive collaborates with the Key Account Director, managing a portfolio of clients.

We are seeking an individual who takes pride in delivering exceptional work that not only meets but exceeds client expectations, fostering high levels of client satisfaction. The ideal candidate is drawn to a role that combines sales expertise, project management proficiency, and a deep understanding of the sampling aspect of the market research industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the commercial lead to foster client growth within a designated group of accounts.
  • Gain a deep understanding of their businesses and cultivate relationships within these accounts to maximize our share of their wallet.
  • Promptly, reliably, and accurately respond to incoming quoting requests from clients.
  • Coordinate with project managers to ensure the successful execution of projects, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results that delight customers and generate financial returns for us.
  • Address on-site challenges in project implementation alongside project managers, working directly within the Walr platform to identify solutions and ensure exceptional customer delivery.
  • Consistently record all data, project details, and client information in our sales systems to facilitate reporting requirements and data-driven decision-making in account management.
  • Provide support to the broader organization in areas related to account management, project management, and revenue operations, contributing to our overall commercial expansion objectives.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a market research environment, especially on the data collection / sampling side, e.g. as a project manager
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment where strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously have been demonstrated
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) desirable but not essential
