Ref: KK46110A Japanese Travel agency is currently recruiting an Account Executive to work in their Sales Dept in London. In this role you will be responsible for selling and organising group packages and MICE products to their clients, maintaining and developing good relationships with clients.Understanding of Japanese culture will be advantageous.-------------------------------------------Eligible applicants:- (O) Eligible visa: Permanent residence, Spouse, Partner- • Business trips might be required (both UK and abroad), can be a few days or over a week(X) NOT eligible: YMS, Graduate, and student visa, requiring visa sponsorshipWork type: Hybrid working available (Tuesday to Thursday office, Mon and Friday working from home, subject to change depending on the situation)Visa support: No -------------------------------------------TYPE: Permanent, full-time (6 month probation)WORKING HOURS: 9:00 - 17:30 from Monday to Friday SALARY: £28k-£30K depending on experienceSTART: End of January 2025 LOCATION: Central London Account Executive Main Responsibilities:• Prepare action plans and identify specific targets• Present and sell company services to current and potential clients• Create travel plans in accordance with clients’ requirements• Research the best option for the hotels, where to visit and what/where to eat• Take quotations for flights, entertainment & events, accommodation, meeting rooms, transfer • Prepare presentations, proposals, quotations, and sales contracts• Follow up potential clients to receive orders• Negotiation with suppliers to meet the clients’ needs for the tour• Follow up for the collection of payment/making invoices• Sales calls/visits to obtain new clients if needed• Checking contracts with suppliers/clients

Account Executive Ideal Candidate:• Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English (business level). Japanese not essential, but advantageous • A few years’ experience in the travel industry, especially in Sales and Operation • Knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques• Ability to prepare presentations using Power Point, Excel or Word• Ability to develop new business• Good time management skills• Persuasive• Strong interpersonal and communication skills• Able to work under pressure• High attention to detail** All applicants for the Account Executive must have the right to work in the UK without any restrictions as the Company is not able to offer visa support.
