A leading IT solutions provider is seeking a results-oriented Account Director with expertise in selling Cisco and/or Microsoft solutions. This role focuses on acquiring new clients, managing existing accounts, and building long-term relationships with a consultative approach to drive sales in IT infrastructure solutions.
Key Responsibilities?? New Client Acquisition
- Identify and engage new clients through a proactive, consultative sales strategy.
- Develop and manage proposals, drive contract processes, and ensure client onboarding in alignment with the company's "win and retain" strategy.
?? Account Management
- Nurture long-term relationships with clients and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Support clients in maximising the value of their IT infrastructure, focusing on upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
?? Sales Strategy & Pipeline Management
- Develop a robust sales pipeline with a focus on both short- and long-term opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align proposals with client needs and present tailored solutions.
�? Industry Expertise & Partnerships
- Leverage extensive knowledge in Cisco and/or Microsoft solutions and managed services.
- Build relationships at the executive level within client organisations to support strategic goals.
- Proven track record in new business development within the Cisco and/or Microsoft ecosystem.
- Strong negotiation skills and experience managing both short and long sales cycles.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills with the ability to influence decision-makers at all levels.
