ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Create and execute strategic account plans to retain and grow spend within existing customer base of Primary/Secondary Schools and Multi-Academy Trusts.
  • Identify new sales opportunities, leveraging market research and industry/sector insights.
  • Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with key-decision makers and stakeholders.
  • Act as a trusted advisor & consultant, proposing bespoke solutions that transform/positively impact both teaching and learning.
  • Ensure all sales activity and account information is consistently and accurately recorded with thin the internal CRM system.
  • Meet / exceed sales targets and KPIs, including customer retention, account penetration, and revenue growth.
  • Representing our client at local and national events.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • 3+ years demonstrable Account Management experience, working with K12 (Primary, Secondary Schools, and Multi Academy Trusts) is essential.
  • Experience within the Technology industry.
  • Target driven with a track record of achieving/exceeding targets.
  • Highly self-motivated and experienced in building trusted, consultative, and lasting relationships.
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills both written and verbal, with experience pitching attractive business propositions.
  • Passionate about technology and committed to continued professional development, keeping up to date with trends within the IT and Education sectors.
  • A confident and enthusiastic character, with a forward-thinking and innovative attitude.
  • Experience with Salesforce is preferred but is not essential.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft suite, and CRM software.
