We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a B2B Business Development Area Sales Manager with technical sales experience selling underfloor heating products and heating and plumbing systems, who can prospect, develop new business opportunities and negotiate deals to a high level.

Working as the B2B Business Development Area Sales Manager you will be responsible for generating new business for the company’s Heating and Plumbing systems, along with their Underfloor Heating products in London and the South East of London.

As the B2B Business Development Area Sales Manageryour activity will be focused towards the key decision makers within Specifiers, Mechanical Contractors, Clients and Wholesalers.

You will be responsible for achieving sales and profitability targets, along with ensuring regular planning and reporting is provided on all projects through the CRM system.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

The idealB2B Business Development Area Sales Manager will have:

  • Experience of selling Underfloor heating products and Heating & Plumbing systems to Specifiers and Contractors within the industry
  • A strong track record in developing relationships with Developers, Builders, Contractors and supplying via Wholesalers is essential
  • Technical sales experience and good market knowledge of the heating and plumbing market
  • A structured approach to the role, well organised
  • Excellent communicator
  • Experienced in carrying out technical presentations
