To be considered for the role you will need:
- Significant experience in a similar role
- Proven understanding of financial planning & wealth management
- Strong organisation, prioritisation and implementation skills.
- Ideally be level 4 Qualified or willing to work towards this, it is also anticipated that applicants will have a Degree level qualification in a relevant subject
What you will do:
This role includes the following responsibilities:
- Onboarding clients and implementing recommended financial structures.
- Management of existing client accounts taking responsibility for resolving issues and always providing the highest level of client care.
- Compliance with client data integrity and confidentiality adhering to AML & FCA rules.
- Focusing on operating effective processes, to provide high quality client service and support.
- Driving engagement and improved performance.
