Commercial Account Executive

Berkshire - Hybrid Model

Salary - to £60,000, Bonus

Our client - a highly regarded top tier Global Broking Leader is looking to hire an experienced Commercial Account Executive for their speciality Public Sector Housing Association division.

You will join a highly successful and profitable team of Execs and Handlers in providing a market leading broking service to existing clients.

Servicing a personally allocated £1m income book, your primary role will be to lead relationships, attend meetings, discussing/advise insurance programmes and provide technical coverage advice, thereafter guiding your Account Handlers on the placement of risk to underwriters.

You will advise on various policy types to include Property, Combined, Cyber, Liabilities, Contract Works.

This will be a client facing role that will require you to lead client meetings on a national basis both in person and virtually - (this will be led by your client).

Experience:

Experience as a Commercial Account Executive - Cross Class Industry or Public Sector specialism

SME, Mid-Market and Corporate client exposure will be considered

Proven ability in client relationship management and strong renewal/income retention results

An effective communicator who is comfortable in managing various degrees of conversations

Client focused with a consultative approach and commitment to delivering excellence
