A FTSE leading retailer is looking for a commercial analyst to join its commercial team.
Focusing on Product Performance and Insights, you will deliver analysis which allows the business to better understand customer behaviours by segment, channel, proposition, enabling the business to understand how product use drives spend and engagement.
Main duties include:
- To deliver Commercial product performance analysis and insights, to support new design and continuous improvement of services for customer propositions, customer experience journeys and customer communications
- To work closely with Commercial and Marketing roles to fully understand requirements and provide collaborative solutions based on a commercial and analytical understanding
- To identify and understand trends in product commercial performance to inform changes to propositions and marketing briefs
- To analyse and develop a deep understanding of customer behaviours by segment, channel, proposition
- To forecast the impact of new propositions on the P&L via a deep understanding of how current product use drives spend & engagement.
- To support annual product budget processes and forecasts (customer volumes and product use)
- To support the implementation of the new 3rd party data sharing model
You will have experience in a similar commercial analysis role with good experience of SQL and CLTV modelling.
