Sales Consultant - Contact Centre Solutions
- Salary of £65,000 - £80,000 dependent on experience + 10% Bonus
- Mixture of home working and visits to client sites across the UK (mostly in the South).

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of a sales pipeline, leveraging an established portfolio of opportunities.
- Collaborate with clients to transform contact centre technology and implement innovative solutions, including Generative AI and automation tools.
- Drive cost-reduction strategies while identifying opportunities to generate additional revenue for clients.
- Provide end-to-end support for digital transformation initiatives, including solutioning of large-scale Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) deals.
- Sell both Business Operations (BPO) and Outsourcing solutions, ensuring alignment with client needs across industries.
- Work closely with internal teams to design and deliver comprehensive solutions that integrate technology, operations, and workforce optimization.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across multi-client environments, ensuring successful delivery of transformative outcomes.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Demonstrated success in selling outsourcing services and/or developing BPO solutions.
- Expertise in contact centre and CX transformation, including the implementation of digital tools and technologies.
- Strong exposure to working in multi-client environments, with the ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships.
- Comprehensive knowledge of process optimisation, workforce management, and analytics to enhance service delivery.
- Demonstrated ability to design and execute large-scale, transformative deals that meet both client and business objectives.
- Strong commercial acumen and a track record of delivering measurable business outcomes.
