Customer Account Manager (B2B) - up to 50k + bonus
Role is remote with occasional trips to the London office, (location dependant)
We're looking for Customer Account Manager to join our client's team to build and manage strong relationships with their biggest accounts. This is not a sales role - we are looking for someone who will build strong relationships with key customers, genuinely listen to their needs, and help advise them on tailored solutions, with support from a bid team, sales and technical people. If you have experience in managed service or longer contract delivery that would be IDEAL, especially with experience in finding and removing roadblocks, bottle necks, isolating and managing service issues etc
You will be the key point of contact so we're looking for someone who is excellent at communicating and thrives on customer interactions, who is calm, consistent, measured and reliable in their responses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts, ensuring long-term satisfaction and engagement.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing advice and guidance on how the company can best support them.
- Understand customer needs and challenges, offering practical solutions that align with the company's capabilities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Keep clients informed about relevant products, services, and opportunities that could benefit them.
What We're Looking For:
- A confident communicator who enjoys building and maintaining relationships. You must have excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken)
- Experience in account management, customer success, or a similar client-facing role, especially around longer contracts, service-oriented delivery MSP etc.
- The ability to listen, understand, and provide thoughtful recommendations.
- Strong organisational skills and a proactive approach to managing customer relationships.
- A friendly, approachable, and professional attitude.
