Customer Success ManagerCity of London£50-£55K

The role:

Be responsible for the management and success of key client accounts. This role will be the first point of contact for clients to ensure they are getting full functionality of the client software.

Duties:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers in the real estate industry.
  • Act as the main point of contact for customers, understanding their needs and ensuring effective communication.
  • To identify revenue opportunities and maximise software sales and services opportunities within our existing customer base.
  • To be able to clearly demonstrate all software on offer to an appropriate level and describe service offerings, providing ongoing support and guidance.
  • Maximise account growth by upselling different modules and cross-selling within the company.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to expand company presence within existing accounts.
  • Address and resolve customer concerns promptly.
  • Work closely with Technical Support and Development teams to resolve any issues which may arise.
  • Provide regular reports on account status to senior management.
  • Participate in user and advisory group meetings.
  • Organise and lead account management meetings internally and also on-site at client offices throughout the UK and internationally.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of client invoicing and billing related matters
  • Any other appropriate ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time by the Head of Account Management pursuant to meeting company objectives.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Prior experience working in the property management industry.
  • Passion for ensuring customer success and satisfaction.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and an interest in sales.
  • Sufficient property and accounting knowledge to be credible with any member of staff or customer about relevant business issues.
  • Anticipate and understand customer needs and use of software to identify upselling opportunities
  • An understanding of corporate accounting and double entry accounting
