Description
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans tailored to the DACH & EU market
- Hold full P&L responsibility for your accounts and region
- Manage a portfolio of international grocery accounts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise sales operations
- Monitor and analyse performance metrics to identify sales opportunities
- Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Provide regular sales forecasts to management
- Manage and resolve any sales-related issues that arise
Profile
A successful 'DACH & EU Sales Controller' should have:
- Proven experience in sales within the FMCG sector - food or drink preferred
- Experience managing P&Ls and international accounts
- Past experience of working with the DACH & EU market
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Additional languages not required but would be a bonus
- Able to travel at least monthly
- Able to be in West London 3 days a week
