The Role:

路 New logo acquisition where you will be given a few strategic AEC accounts

路 Targeting GC's and Large Enterprise within the UK Construction sector

路 Identifying and contacting prospective clients, following up inbound enquiries, qualifying prospects, presenting proposals/solutions and closing sales

路 Proactively managing and developing (nurturing) a select few existing customers

路 Work alongside marketing in support of outbound campaigns and other marketing/lead generation initiativ

The Requirements:

路 5+ Years experience across construction AND ConTech Sales (must have!!)

路 Enterprise SaaS Sales experience - closed 100k+ deals with lengthy sales cycles

路 Ability to hit the ground running

路 Ideally come from an operational background in construction e.g. Project Manager, Project Engineer, . - then gone on to smash it in ConTech sales

路 Clean driving license

路 Proven track record of success in sales
