Our client whose solutions transform customer support operations through AI-powered conversation intelligence, has a platform that helps companies prevent churn, drive revenue growth, and optimize support operations through advanced pattern recognition and automated monitoring.

With a strong product-led growth foundation, they are now expanding into enterprise sales to accelerate market presence. In this key role you will be responsible for building and executing their enterprise sales strategy, working directly with the CEO to expand market presence.

This role is mainly a remote one, but the successful candidate will need to be happy to travel into Central London for team meetings and also have a willingness to travel to Europe and the USA.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 5+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience, with a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quota
  • Experience selling to customer support, customer success, or customer experience teams
  • Proven ability to navigate complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of PLG motions and how to layer enterprise sales alongside them
  • Experience building sales processes from scratch in a startup environment
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical products to both technical and non-technical audiences

Ideally you will have experience of the some of the following:

  • Experience selling AI/ML products or solutions
  • Background in customer support/success tooling sales
  • Experience being a first sales hire at a startup
  • Knowledge of support software ecosystem and integration landscape

  • Familiarity with conversation analytics or customer intelligence platforms
