Working for one of the biggest names in technology we are looking for an experienced GTM Manager specialising in Finance & Operations. Role Overview:The F&O Go to Market Manager is responsible for driving the go-to-market strategy for Finance and Operations (F&O) solutions. This includes developing and executing marketing plans, managing product launches, and collaborating with various teams to ensure successful market penetration.Key Responsibilities:Market Analysis: Conducting market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.Strategy Development: Creating and implementing go-to-market strategies to drive product adoption and revenue growth.Collaboration: Working closely with sales, product, and marketing teams to align strategies and ensure cohesive execution.Customer Engagement: Engaging with customers to understand their needs and feedback, and incorporating this into the go-to-market plans.Performance Tracking: Monitoring and analyzing the performance of go-to-market initiatives and making data-driven adjustments as needed.Ideal skills and experience required:

  • Must have strong understanding of Finance and Operations solutions - be able to talk about the value of the product and the roadmap of it; to raise a profile and awareness of the products and talk about the company vision
  • Excellent strategic thinking and analytical skills.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing go-to-market strategies.
  • Candidate will have go to market or product marketing background and being able to talk with authority about finance Operation tools Strong collaboration and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Additional Information:The role may involve working with partners and stakeholders to drive joint go-to-market initiatives.There may be opportunities to participate in special programs and initiatives aimed at accelerating market adoption and customer success. Will also support the internal quarterly business updates and reviews, which is the second part of the role. Someone customer and partner facing that can present very well. Would prefer a better communication and less of a technical person.
