Profile
A successful Head of Merchandising should have:
- Extensive knowledge of retail merchandising within a fashion retailer
- Has worked at either merchandising manager or Head of Merchandising level for 3 years+
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent analytical abilities and understanding of retail KPIs
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to maintain relationships with suppliers
- A customer-centric approach and ability to understand market trends
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
